What we need
PAA (the ‘Controller’ of the personal data) will only have the information that you provide to us. We only collect basic personal data about you mentioned above and does not include any special types of information.
Why we need your information
We need to know your basic personal data to manage your account and to process your orders and, if you agree, to email you about other products and services we think may be of interest to you. We may use information collected from our website to personalise your repeat visits to our websites.
In processing your order, we may send your details to (and use information from) credit reference and fraud prevention agencies. If at any point you believe the information we hold is incorrect you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact our Data Protection Officer who will investigate the matter.
If you are not satisfied with our response or believe we are processing your personal data not in accordance with the law you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
