For over 25 years, we at PAA have been putting our customers, colleagues, and partners above all else. Given the evolving situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to let you know how PAA is responding and to reassure you that we have plans in place to ensure we remain open for business and continue to support your needs.

Safeguarding Employees

As the risk of Coronavirus continues to increase and develop, we would like to assure you that PAA is following a strict process to safeguard our employees and clients. We take pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our sites and we have recently taken a number of additional measures to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous.

As a UK company, we continue to be guided and follow the advice of Public Health England to ensure we are keeping our employees safe.

Client Support

PAA understands your frustrations when projects are delayed, and equipment fails. We would like to reassure clients that we have plans in place to handle these delays, and support requests once travel restrictions have been removed. If our support engineers are unable to support you on-site, they will endeavour to do so remotely via phone or video conferencing.

We are determined to ensure that in these uncertain times, we continue to provide our customers with the exemplary levels of support they have come to expect whilst responding appropriately to the evolving COVID-19 outbreak.
